- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very professional operation. I was pleased to know that Sheila Day is board certified [passed her boards in New York!]. Anyway after I slipped and hurt my shoulder it was paining me. I went to see Sheila Day and after one session it felt much better. After two sessions the pain was gone (of course I had not broken anything). I have been back since for a general wellness session and came away feeling 'more together'. I also tried the cupping procedure, an old method which seemed to calm some muscle pains I had. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I highly recommend using Sheila Day as your acupuncturist. I have used acupuncture consistently for 8 years and after moving to Spring Hill, needed to find someone local I could trust. She is professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and is consistently adding to her skills and profession. I went in with symptoms from stress and autoimmune thyroid disease. I had low body temp, chronic stress and anxiety, and left ankle pain from an old injury. First of all, her treatment is more involved than most acupuncturists. She uses cupping on your back first, she then treats your back with acupuncture, has you flip over and treats the front side. She is always very mindful in making sure I am comfortable. When my ankle was too painful to touch, she treated my hand with needles and it took my ankle pain away!!!! My body temp has returned to normal. I go every 3-4 weeks for stress relief. She has reasonable packages to purchase that saves money. I love her bedside manner and she is very personable and encourages me to be my healthiest self. I love her husband as well, as he is visiting the office sometimes. He makes me feel at home. She has been trained by two very talented acupuncturists in California and Texas in addition to her formal studies and is a great asset to the healthcare community!December 27, 2016by Amber Suter
